Pricing, Payments, Cancelations and Refunds
By purchasing cupcakes from Fancy Free Micro Bakery (aka Fancy Free LLC), it is assumed that you have read and accept our terms and conditions.
All prices are non-negotiable, and we do not offer bulk order discounts.
All payments are taken via credit card, using our secure, Square payment gateway.
All orders require a payment of 100% of the total cost of the order, at the time the order is placed.
Cancellations of orders outside 14 days of the order pick up date will receive a 50% refunded in full minus any fees incurred for processing the order. Orders canceled inside 14 days forfeit their full payment amount and no refunds will be given. This also pertains to “no-shows”.
Dietary Needs
Fancy Free Micro Bakery does not cater to any dietary restrictions/sensitivities/allergies and does not hold any responsibility for any food allergies or reactions to our product. While none of our product contain nuts/nut products, they are made in a home kitchen where nuts/nut products are consumed.
Freshness
Our cupcakes and baked goods are fresh for 3 days after being picked by the customer. They can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, in the refrigerator for 2 days. It is best to remove your cupcakes an hour prior to consumption to allow the cottage cream frosting to soften. Do not expose our product to sunlight or heat, as it may melt.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of the materials, we are working with, as well as product availability, we cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in color from order to order. Color variations may occur; however, we always strive to keep consistency. We refrain from using intense, deep, dark colors because they can cause a bitter taste and alter the structure of our cottage cream frosting, due to the amount of gel food coloring needed to achieve those colors. We reserve the right to modify the design or presentation if needed.
Design Requests and Alterations
Customers may offer design requests and suggestions, but final designs and variants are at the final discretion of Fancy Free LLC. This is to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer.
Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Fancy Free LLC on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations before or after an order is finalized. Fancy Free LLC reserves the right to increase an order fee in the event that the customer requests a variation to the original order specifications.
Pick-Up Dates, Times and “No Show” Policy
Wherever possible, Fancy Free Micro Bakery will try to accommodate requests to transfer pickup dates/times, however this may not be possible. If we are unable to change your booking to your new date/time, then the cancellation policy will apply.
Pick up times are listed on the homepage of this website, as well as on the product pages of each of the products we offer. We do not offer pick-up opportunities outside of these days and times. Please adhere to the time you select. If you do not show up on to pick up your order on the date/time we scheduled for you, or if you arrive late, your order will no longer be available for pickup, no replacements will be offered at a later date/time, and no refunds will be given. In this case, you would be considered a “No Show”.

Responsibility and Damages
We assume full responsibility for any product in our kitchen until it is personally handed to the customer. We are not responsible for damage to products once they are in the customer’s possession, and we do not offer refunds for accidental damage.
